“A little background story. My son had been driving across country and was 6 hours away from being home when he broke down in Redding. Sadly, this was on a Saturday and shops where closed. On Monday, I called and spoke to Jamie. Talk about wonderful service and going out of his way. I explained that my son was stranded there and had been staying at a hotel. Not only did he get the car in to be looked the same day, he had it repaired before closing. I could not have asked for a better place or person to assist my son and I getting the vehicle repaired. Being a mother, I stressed about all of this and Jamie made it all better. Couldn't ask for more.”

As a bonus, fixing this and replacing my spark plugs has improved my gas mileage and the effectiveness of my a/c. He also was kind enough to bring a battery jumper unit to where we were to restart our battery after a family member left the radio and ran the battery down. Of course we on the other side of his business, thank goodness.
